Pressure Set System
Usually delivered on a common skid with the potable water treatment system, pressure set systems are also sold separately.  Standard systems include 0-40 gpm, 40-80 gpm, and 80-160 gpm. The flow rate corresponds to the crew number. Additional sizes are available by combining standard sizes or by custom applications.

PS60 Pressurization System (Onshore)
This system consists of an end suction centrifugal pressurization pump, controlled by a pressure switch. The discharge from the pump is connected to a bladder type hydro-pneumatic tank to limit pump starts and provide pressurized water for intermittent demands. The control panel contains a starter for the pump motor and system circuits. All equipment is mounted on a common skid. The system is fully tested at the factory.

Features:

  • NEMA 4X FRP electrical enclosure for motor starter and system circuits
  • CI body, bronze fitted, end suction centrifugal pump
  • TEFC motor on pump
  • System mounted on welded steel skid with forklift slots
  • Schedule 40 steel piping
  • Enamel exterior coating
  • Non-ASME coded bladder tanks

PS60M Pressurization System (Offshore)
This system is the same as the PS60, except that it has an exterior coating of polyurethane and is equipped for offshore use with an ASME code-stamped bladder tank, 125-psi working pressure.

Sewage Lift Stations
Getting the sewage into the treatment plant requires a lift station, and our stations are extra efficient for that job. ClearWater can supply stations in a standard size that is six feet deep to cover a range of influent depths. Levels can be adjusted based on flow rate to prevent septic conditions. Standard sewage pumps are used, but upgrades to grinder pumps are available. Pumps can be alternating for less wear, or lead/lag to cover a wide range of flow rates.

The sump tank is designed so that it can be partially buried in the ground. The unit operates on three-phase power. Black and gray wastewater enters the lift station sump by gravity flow. The unit contains two submersible sewage pumps with three-phase motors. At high level, the switch starts the pump, and at low level it stops the pump. The switches can be adjusted to different levels to attain lead-lag operation if desired.

Features:

  • Sump tank constructed of welded 1/2-inch steel plate
  • Epoxy interior and exterior coating
  • Four-inch – 150# flange inlet and two-inch FIPT outlet connection
  • Corrosion-resistant internal piping
  • NEMA 4X, FRP control panel with motor starters and circuits

Potable Water Storage Tanks
ClearWater potable water storage tanks are designed and constructed to be rugged and durable. Tank ends and shell are fabricated of 1/2-inch thick steel plate. The tank body is horizontally mounted on an oilfield skid base, with end pull bars.  The tank is internally coated with AWWA approved epoxy paint for potable water. The exterior is coated with enamel paint. The tank is fitted with level sight glass, manway, inlet, outlet, drain, vent and level switch connections.
